QA/QC Introduction

Our quality control system is made up of two departments, Manufacture Dept., Quality Management Dept.

Manufacture Department: responsible for three parts
1) Inspect semi-manufactured goods in production process
2) Inspect semi-manufactured goods when they enter warehouse
3) Inspect finished products when they enter warehouse

Quality Management Department: responsible for three parts
1) Inspect all the raw and processed materials
2) Inspect the whole production process
3) Spot check the finished products
